Monica recently opened up about her “amazing” relationship with her new boyfriend.
In an interview with HelloBeautiful, Monica opened up about her love life.
She admitted that in previous relationships, she might have made some mistakes, such as giving “the right thing to some of the wrong people.”
Who is Monica’s New Boyfriend?
These days, however, Monica can’t stop gushing about her new romance with manager, TV and film executive Anthony “Ant” Wilson.
Although the news of their relationship is fairly recent, the couple have actually known each other for a very long time.
Monica talked about the benefits that came with starting a romantic journey with someone she had already been close with for years.
She explained, “When you fall in love with someone that’s been your friend for a very long time, I think it’s different.”
She also added that this was the “first time it’s ever happened” for her.
Although she was new to the idea of going out with someone she previously knew in a friendly way, the relationship seems to be going great so far.
Monica said, “I’m really enjoying it. I’m enjoying being supported. I’m enjoying being really loved in a way that allows me to be a lot softer than I typically am.”
The whole experience made Monica notice changes in herself.
As she put it, “There are a lot of firsts happening for me right now.”
What Monica Loves Most Her New Man
She also revealed some of the things about Anthony that she most enjoyed getting to be a part of.
She said that one of the things that stood out to her was his consistent ability to “fix things.”
She said that this was not limited to “physically fixing” anything, but more that anything she wanted or any problem she needed solved, Anthony was able to help.
“It helps that he’s very knowledgeable about the business and he runs several businesses of his own,” she said.
But instead of taking over Monica’s whole life, Anthony has been able to offer her help with things she always had to do alone.
Monica is also happy that when she is with Anthony, she gets to relax instead of taking charge of everything.
Monica Said ‘I Can Just Be Myself …’
She confessed, “In my relationship now, I don’t have to take over. I don’t have to overthink anything.”
Without having to worry about taking control of every detail of her day, Monica is learning to take things a little easier.
“I can just be myself, express myself, explain what’s happening in my daily, and he just fixes it,” she added.
Anthony has also taken an active interest in becoming a bigger part of her childrens’ lives.
According to Monica, “He can tell you where all of my children are most of the day. He loves to make sure that his relationship with them is intact.”
It sounds like Monica couldn’t be happier in her new relationship with the BMF producer.
And it definitely sounds a whole lot different from her time with imprisoned ex-boyfriend, C-Murder.
